Northern Strategic Plan

The Northern Strategic Plan for Labrador (NSP), announced on April 20, 2007, is a five-year plan to improve the health and well-being of all Labradorians and is a hallmark of the Provincial Government’s strong commitment to address the needs of Labrador, which will improve infrastructure, advance social programming and foster economic prosperity.
